EXP is committed to supporting and encouraging its employees' contributions to nonprofit organizations. Thought the Employee Giving Program, EXP will provide matching donations for each employee through two matching programs: Donation Match and Volunteer Match. Employees may choose which programs work best for their giving needs and may combine the matching programs offered. Each matching program will match up to $500 per employee per year. For both matching gifts programs, EXP reserves the right to withhold matching dollars to any organization that would create a conflict of interest for EXP.
